Can couples do therapy if they aren't experiencing anything "that bad"?
This is a great question! Relationships are messy, even if it doesn't seem like the problem you are experiencing is "that bad" it is still important to you. I also see couples who just want to check-in, particularly before taking their relationship to the next level (marriage, kids, etc.). Sometimes dedicating intentional time to your relationship can be exactly what you need! Let's chat more about what that can look like.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
I offer both virtual and in-person therapy sessions. My office is located in Ballwin.
What is virtual therapy like?
Virtual therapy can feel more accessible than coming in to the office. The therapy itself is the same as what you would get sitting across from me on a cozy couch, but you are in your cozy spot at home. There is less of a time commitment (no commute!) and I find clients are able to meet throughout the day at times they wouldn't be able to otherwise. I use a HIPPAA compliant platform, so we can chat safely.
What if I have more questions?
Same! I always feel like there is one more question left unanswered (and then one more after that). I am always happy to answer those lingering questions, just send me a chat and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
