let'stalk about

insurance

I am not in network with any insurance companies. I want you to be in charge of exploring and writing your story. Insurance can restrict the number and length of sessions you are able to have. They also require a diagnosis, which is not always relevant to what you are experiencing as you move through life.

Some things that can help the cost of therapy:
  • I can provide a receipt to submit to your provider for reimbursement
  • If cost is a concern, I hold a limited number of spots at a reduced rate. Let's talk about it!

Individual therapy

I pull from many different styles of counseling based on what will best fit your needs. I most often use values-based and attachment-based therapy. I am always updating my skills so I can support you in the best way possible.

Our first session will be 90 minutes long. Each session afterwards will last 50 minutes.

I require weekly sessions to start, so we can get to know each other and build the trust we need to keep a steady momentum as we work towards your goals.

We will talk about how to make this work with your lifestyle.

Couples therapy

I utilize an approach called the Gottman Method to give you tools that can help you navigate your ever-changing relationship.

This starts with a 90 minute first session with the three of us, followed by a 50 minute individual session with each partner. During this time, you'll also take a Gottman assessment tool (cost included in session fees).

Then, we'll reconvene, talk about what I'm seeing, and work together to create a plan for next steps.

Intake (90 min): $225

Individual(50 min): $125

Standard (50 min): $150

Intake (90min): $180

Standard (50 min): $125

What happens if I cancel or reschedule a session?
Great question! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give as much notice as possible. If it is less than 24 hours before your appointment, the card on file will be charged for the full session fee.

Good Faith estimate

As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates for the cost of their care in accordance with the No Surprises Act. This Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonable expected for your mental health needs. You can request your good faith estimate at anytime.
