We are always receiving messages about who we are supposed to be. The shame and guilt that come from not fitting the mold can be overwhelming--particularly when you are working through something big, whether that be work-related, a relationship, or becoming a mom.
Not everything happens the way we hope, and the pressure to reach our goals as quickly as possible seems daunting. The feelings that come up with these challenges can be hard to navigate, much less being present in the moment when everything you want seems far away.

This 90-minute session provides you a space to share your story as it is today. We take a little more time during the initial meeting to dive deeper into who you are now and who you want to become.
A typical session is 50-minutes long and all about YOU! This is your space to work on your goals, explore emotions, and find your authentic self.
